Believes that city regions will contribute to economic growth most effectively if transport and digital connectivity is improved throughout the region.

Calls on the Welsh Government to ensure that local authorities have adequate democratic oversight of decisions made at the city region level.

Amendment 3 - Aled Roberts (North Wales)

Expresses concern that the report does not adequately address the role that industrial centres in the north-east of Wales can play in leading economic growth in north Wales.
