following amendments have been tabled: Add as new point at end of motion: Believes that city regions will contribute to economic growth most effectively if transport and digital connectivity is improved throughout the region. Amendment 2 -Aled Roberts (North Wales) Add as new point at end of motion: Calls on the Welsh Government to ensure that local authorities have adequate democratic oversight of decisions made at the city region level. Amendment 3 - Aled Roberts (North Wales) Add as new point at end of motion: Expresses concern that the report does not adequately address the role that industrial centres in the north-east of Wales can play in leading economic growth in north Wales. Amendment 4 - William Graham (South Wales East) Add as new point at end of motion: Believes the success of city regions will depend on co-operation between all tiers of government; together with the corporate, public and third sectors. Amendment 5 - William Graham (South Wales East) Add as new point at end of motion: Acknowledges that the implementation of city regions should not compromise the regeneration of all other parts of Wales.
